A wooden table with a tablet, a notebook and pen, a white desk lamp, a small vase with a purple flower, a cup, and saucer, set against a plain light-colored wall and a wooden chair.

writing

I've been writing my way back to myself for years — through essays that braid memoir with the wisdom traditions that keep me standing, and through conversations with other parents who are doing the same quiet, unglamorous work of remembering who they are.

Some of this lives on Substack. Some of it found homes elsewhere — The Sun, Elephant Journal, LA Yoga, Mad in America, Business Insider, and a printed anthology I'm proud to be part of. Wherever it landed, it's all pointing at the same thing: the sacred hiding in plain sight, inside the ordinary chaos of a life.

Start wherever pulls you.
